Ideally situated 1 block to the beach & less than 5 blocks to the shopping/restaurant district, Oak Shade is a meticulously maintained property within easy walking distance to historic downtown Ocean Springs, as well as beautiful Front Beach. Newly renovated, The Main Suite is the perfect place for romantic getaways, as well as week-long family vacations. It features a king-size bed in one bedroom, a queen in the other, a couch that sleeps two, and many other amenities you are sure to love.
Inside Oak Shade's The Main Suite, you will find a firm, yet comfortable king-size bed with luxurious bedding inside a private bedroom with a Flatscreen Smart TV with YouTube TV and Roku, a second private bedroom with a queen-size bed and flatscreen TV, a full kitchen, a spacious living room, and a library/den full of natural light and a fabulous library of books for your enjoyment. The couch in this room converts to two twin-size mattresses for additional sleeping accommodations.
The bath includes a deluxe standing shower, and plush bathrobes are provided.
The Main Suite's living room features comfortable seating situated around a large flat-screen Smart TV with YouTube TV and Roku.
Other features of the freshly renovated space decorated in soothing shades of white, gold, and grey, has key-less electronic keypad entry to the suite, designated off-street parking for up to three vehicles, refrigerator, microwave, oven/stove, dishwasher, glassware, flatware, plates/bowls, mugs, and a coffee maker.
***Pets are allowed for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bringing a pet when making the reservation or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking***

Summary: The location of this property was perfect! Especially if you are looking to stay somewhere with kids. It was within walking distance of the beach, close enough that our little ones made the walk easily, and the return walk gave the kids enough time to dust off the majority of the sand. The washer and dryer was a must when taking the kids to the beach. There are two parks just a short walk away as well that my children loved visiting. Overall, the property was beautiful and we had a lovely stay!

Summary: Our favorite place to stay in Ocean Springs, the front porch being our favorite rooms. Beautiful live oak trees, a refuge for birds, squirrels! What a wonderful refuge! Sharing it with friends was amazing! Thank you!

Summary: Property was fantastic. Lots of attention to detail. Property is well cared for and clean. It was nice to have music and nice scents upon arrival. Also, the AC and fans were kicking when we arrived, so we were very comfortable. Check in and check out was super easy. Beds were comfortable. Having YouTube TV was a nice amenity, and I wish more rentals had something similar. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and about 10 minute walk to town. Screened in front porch was also enjoyable. Water and ice on the fridge also a plus. One of the better VRBOs I’ve ever experienced. Perfect for my family.

Summary: It was wonderful. I have never seen a tree embracing a property like this before. A true miracle tree. The home smelled so clean when I first entered. The bed was soft and comfortable. Soap, towels and hair dryer was provided. The property manager was available instantly when I had a question. My stay was wonderful and I hope I can book this property again in the near future. I can tell that this property is someone’s pride.

Summary: Perfect location that makes you feel like you're a real part of the neighborhood; a very relaxed vibe with lovely giant oaks that's a short walk to the beach and beautiful skyline and a short ride or nice stroll away from great restaurants and shops. Very spacious and unique interior and private outdoor patio area.

Summary: We love this home and location! This is our second time booking. The location to downtown, the beach, and fishing is what has us coming back. This year we rented a golf cart and had even more fun visiting different areas. One of our favorites was buying oysters off a dock down by the fishing harbor. Wonderful property and perfect location!
